In the event of an emergency and you cannot get in touch with me or your family physician, there are a number of services available where you may be able to get help:

They meet 7-9 pm last Thursday each month. Drop in centre at 520   First Street Unit 6A, Thursday 1-4 pm.

13. Mood Disorders Self Help Group: 519-434-9191. They also have groups  for shyness, overeating, and suicide bereavement.
